You have 14 days to return your item(s) after receiving your order.

Refunds
Upon approval and receipt of your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are only processed once the item has been received and inspected.
We do not issue refunds for items that have not been returned.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once approved.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping
A flat $10 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to:

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received:

In original packaging

With all tags attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Authorization
Returns must be submitted and approved through our return portal prior to shipping.
Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Liability
Please ensure your return is properly packaged and shipped with tracking.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit when shipped by the customer.
Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issue directly.
If a chargeback is filed while the customer retains possession of the merchandise, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of delivery and policy compliance.
